Section 8
Private Vehicles

(1) A vehicle with a certificate of registration for private use shall be called a private vehicle (2) Private vehicles cannot be used for transportation services.
(3) For the identification of a private vehicle, number plates as written in clause (c) of Schedule-2 should be placed on the front and rear of the vehicle.
